The "Weather Winners" Highlights

Cities with the Most Comfortable Weather - The cities with the most comfortable weather were determined by selecting 23 "comfortable" weather categories, including the mildest winter, spring and fall; the most sunshine; the lightest winds and the lowest humidity. Canada's West Coast is well known for its balmy climate, and it is not surprising that Victoria and Nanaimo B.C. tied for first place as the cities with the most comfortable weather in Canada. Indeed, ten out of the top 14 most comfortable cities are in British Columbia. The remaining communities include two prairie cities - Medicine Hat AB and Moose Jaw SK - which won top marks for their abundant sunshine. Surprisingly, Whitehorse also placed in the "most comfortable" list. Although Whitehorse has cold temperatures, it scored high in many other comfortable weather categories.
